Lighting and Sound Designer (Beware: Bernadette! A Musical Fable)
Kevin Johnston is very excited to be designing his first New York show. His previous sound designs
include Blood Wedding (USC School of Theatre), Eurydice (Barnstorm!), and Ascension Day (Pinto Lake
Players). He has engineered sound for Cabrillo Stage: Honk!, Some Like It Hot! He has also worked as a
lighting designer for various companies including Bay Shore Lyric Opera, Carmel Ballet Academy,
Monterey Bay Repertory, and USC School of Theatre, as well as designed lights for live musical acts
such as Matisyahu, The Tempations, The Lettermen, Don McLean, The Kingston Trio, Capital Steps,
Melissa Manchester, Rockapella, KRS-One, and Gregory Issacs.
